• Keep your login details secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription and payments

You can explore the demo before subscribing.

Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled.

If payment is unsuccessful, access to paid features may be limited until payment is received.

5. Refunds

If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a service issue caused by us, contact help@thrivestai.com within 14 days and we will review your request.

Features may change, and maintenance or third-party services may occasionally affect availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriVest AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using ThriVest AI at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required by law.
